Red Light

The purpose of a Red Light Room is to provide a safe and controlled environment for practitioners, especially beginners or those who are still learning techniques. It allows them to practice their skills with reduced risk of injury and without feeling pressured to perform at maximum intensity. Coaches or more experienced practitioners may also use the Red Light Room for teaching purposes, providing guidance and feedback in a less intense setting.
