Do I need any experience to join?

No experience is necessary. These sessions are perfect for beginners and are designed to be accessible to everyone.

Will this replace my regular BJJ or Muay Thai class?

No, this program is designed to complement and enhance your regular training, not replace it.

Can I participate if I am recovering from an injury?

In many cases, yes. Please consult your doctor first, and then speak with our instructors so we can modify exercises for you.

Is this included in my membership?

Can non-members attend?

Yes, we offer drop-in passes for recovery sessions. It's a great way to see what our academy is all about.
